1. Eligibility / ご利用資格
Our services are intended for individuals who wish to learn English online. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or you have parental/guardian consent if you are under 18.
当スクールのサービスは、オンラインで英語を学びたい方を対象としています。登録時点で18歳以上であること、または18歳未満の場合は保護者の同意があることを確認します。
2. Registration and Accounts / 登録とアカウント
To use our services, you must create an account on our website. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information. Please provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering.
サービス利用には、当スクールのウェブサイトでアカウントを作成する必要があります。ログイン情報の管理はご本人の責任で行ってください。登録の際には正確な情報を入力してください。
3. Payments and Lesson Tickets / 支払いとレッスンチケット
Payment is made securely through PayPal, or credit card. You will receive “lesson tickets” after payment. One ticket = one lesson (25 minutes). Tickets are valid only within our platform and are non-refundable unless required by law. No hidden fees apply.
支払いはPayPal, またはクレジットカードを通じて安全に行われます。支払い後に「レッスンチケット」が発行されます。1チケット = 1レッスン（25分）です。チケットは当スクールのプラットフォーム内でのみ有効で、法令で義務付けられる場合を除き返金はできません。追加費用や隠れた料金は一切ありません。
4. Scheduling and Cancellations / 予約とキャンセル
Lessons are booked through our online calendar. Each reserved lesson automatically consumes one ticket. If you cancel before the deadline (usually 24 hours prior), the ticket will not be consumed. Late cancellations or no-shows result in ticket loss.
レッスンはオンラインカレンダーから予約してください。予約が完了すると自動的にチケットが1枚消費されます。キャンセルは、キャンセル期限（通常24時間前まで）以内に行えばチケットは消費されません。期限を過ぎてのキャンセルや無断欠席はチケットが失効します。
5. Lessons and Instructors / レッスンと講師
You may choose your instructor based on availability. The School reserves the right to substitute instructors when necessary.
予約時に利用可能な講師から希望の講師を選べます。当スクールは必要に応じて講師を交代させる権利を有します。
6. User Responsibilities / 利用者の責任
You must ensure a stable internet connection, a functioning device, and proper audio/video equipment. The School is not responsible for lesson interruptions caused by your equipment or internet. You agree to conduct yourself with courtesy and professionalism toward instructors and other students. Inappropriate behavior may result in suspension or termination.
安定したインターネット環境、使用する端末、カメラ・マイクなどの設備を整える責任は利用者にあります。利用者側の設備や通信環境によりレッスンが中断した場合、当スクールは責任を負いません。講師や他の生徒（グループレッスン時）に対して、礼儀と節度をもって接してください。不適切な行為があった場合、アカウント停止または利用終了となることがあります。
7. Intellectual Property / 知的財産権
All lesson materials, website content, and digital resources are the property of the School or its instructors. You may not copy, distribute, or use lesson materials for commercial purposes without permission.
レッスン教材、ウェブサイトの内容、デジタル資料は当スクールまたは講師の所有物です。当スクールの許可なく、教材を複製・配布・商用利用することはできません。
8. Limitation of Liability / 免責事項
The School provides lessons on an “as is” basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including internet outages or scheduling issues. Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for unused tickets.
当スクールはレッスンを「現状有姿」で提供します。インターネット障害や予約上の問題などにより生じた間接的・付随的・結果的な損害については責任を負いません。万が一責任が認められる場合でも、利用者が未使用のレッスンチケットに支払った金額を上限とします。
9. Modifications to Terms / 規約の変更
The School reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on the website. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
当スクールは、必要に応じて本利用規約を改訂する権利を有します。変更内容はウェブサイトに掲載され、掲載後もサービスを継続利用された場合は、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなします。
10. Governing Law / 準拠法
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
本利用規約は、アメリカ合衆国カリフォルニア州法に準拠し解釈されます。
